Croatian Agrokor employing new staff using Apply with LinkedIn

Agrokor, one of the largest companies in Croatia decided to use a new plugin on LinkedIn employment specialist and web communication manager for keeping the official Twitter profile, write blog Croatian Netokracija.
Social network of professional contacts, LinkedIn recently introduced plugin which aims to facilitate applying for a job. It is key Apply With LinkedIn, which allows a simple way to apply for work, while facilitating the work and those who employ them.

Exactly via the Apply With LinkedIn, Agrokor motivate potential candidates to apply using your LinkedIn profile. One of the requirements for these positions is a potential candidate to be active on Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr.
The manager of digital marketing Agrokor Ivan Kovacevic, the reason for this move is that the positions require people who constantly koistat social networks, and because the trend with new developments in internet marketing it is logical to have a LinkedIn profile. Agrokor, competition for employment has spread through social networks such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google +.
I wonder if soon we see this kind of employment in our country, given that most companies do not have Macedonian LinkedIn profile.
